James M. Hudson, M.D., F.A.C.S.
Dr. Hudson earned his medical degree from Washington University school of medicine in St. Louis, MO, followed by a medical internship at Jewish Hospital at Washington University school of medicine and residency in Ophthalmology at University of Missouri-Columbia. Dr. Hudson is an attending physician at St. Anthony's and Alton Memorial Hospitals in the department of surgery.
A board-certified ophthalmologist of the American Board of Ophthalmology, Dr. Hudson specializes in comprehensive ophthalmology, including small-incision cataract surgery, glaucoma treatment, along with external diseases of the eye and pediatric eye care. His memberships include: American Academy of Ophthalmology, American College of Surgeons, American Medical Association, Illinois Association of Ophthalmology, Illinois State Medical Society, Madison County Medical Society, National Medical Association, St. Louis Ophthalmological Society.
